(1) Every citizen shall have the right to choose the employment of his choice.
(2) Every citizen shall have the right to be employed voluntarily according to his qualifications and ability subject to this Act and prevailing laws and shall be entitled to leave or change such employment.
(3) No one shall force or compel any citizen to engage in employment against his will or against his will or to engage in such employment.
